For all our married life we have done game nights (or afternoons). When the kids were little we used age appropriate card and board games, but even tried to include them in more adult things. For instance, we had the regular and young players editions of Trivial Pursuit. We would all play together with us answering the regular questions, and the kids using the young players cards. It is still something we all look forward to on every holiday or other times when we are all together. Each year for Christmas there is a new game under the tree for the family.

We also do try to do this. But sometimes we get tired of whatever board games we have around here. Another thing we have come up with is to play Nintendo together. We have a couple of games that we all like to play. We play them all together or have tournaments.
