Well I thought it was only appropriate to give an update to my last email of April 7.
After careful consideration and bravity of the heart, we have announced our plans of marriage to each other. You can all breathe now. It turns out sticking to your priorities, values and listening to what your heart and mind says is beneficial.
It's very gratifying to know your partner realizes we're all in this together. There was so much at stake. I know moving forward now that this is what he wants as well and that is priceless to me. He has always been skiddish on the subject of marriage having suffered one divorce already. While I feel that way as well at times, as the saying goes, fear can be a crippling disease. So again, I hope this inspires others. Stand up for what you believe in and don't let others deter who you are. Now I am not trying to tell you all to do what I did. I am trying to tell you to do what "YOU" think is right for you.
Seize the day! God does good work.

------------------
Good for you both!!! As a wedding present I would suggest buying the love busters book and the His Needs Her Needs and read them together. Lots of valuable info in both for a successful marriage.
T
