My oldest child is acting out in anger towards everyone. I admit I am not very patient with my children right now, because of the whole situation. I was hoping to get advice on how to deal with splitting my time up between my H and our children.

My kids are older (teens) and adults. My H had affair. The anger seems to have subsided, but it has taken over a year. Kids won't see H and fight with him when they do. Counseling with a person who make your child comfortable might help. Encourage child to talk if they will, these situations in which no one has any control (my children especially feel no control over their lives) max out the stress levels. <BR>Lght
