I thought since I was saying hi in other places today, i would stop by here...

Life is really good everyone, we are almost 2 years post my affair, and a little over 1 year post Sprints. Life is really doing well...life does get back to normal when you focus on the needs and new communication.

It's been a long haul of change, learning to not to fight emotionally, react defensively and always remember the bigger picture, but bit by bit we have gotten the hang of it, and this better marriage is so rewarding...who'd of thought?

I hope everyone here hangs in there, has hope, make the changes THEY need to make on themselves...you can't control the other person, what they say, what they do...you can only change you...and life is full of reactions, sometimes the right changes, can create the right reaction in someone else...

Miss everyone, but glad to have moved on - glad I dont need marriage builders anymore for support, but have been able to firmly implement the tools in my marriage...it really saved us.

dorry... I never posted to you often, but read many of your posts when I was new. You were one of the main people to help me understand how my WW was feeling and to have some understanding and compassion for her.
