Finally managed to get signed up under a variant of my original name, Twiisty. Those who remember me, will know who I am.

Update for me, I suppose.
Mr."T" and I ended up divorced. The financial strain of OC and OW was too much for us. Long story short, I moved from Louisiana to Pennsylvania nine months before Katrina hit, so there are some silver linings to every cloud. I'm now the single mom to my five kids and am in school full time earning my bachelor's degree as a Paralegal. I hope to go to law school eventually and specialize in...what else? Family law. heh heh.... <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/pfft.gif" alt="" />

There's lots to tell, but I'll have to post more later. Some of it is good and some sad, but all moving on. I didn't realize how much Mr. "T"'s infidelity would affect my future relationship and I'll get into my update later. Just wanted to pop in and shout out to everyone and I'll be back later.

Pops, it's good to see your name onboard...hope you and yours are well...and I hope to see my oldies, but goodies soon.

Glad to hear things are going well for you. It's tryin4sainthood, remember we met once for dinner back in LA? Anyway, H and I are still together. Our oc did not get out when Katrina hit and get this, ow and oc are now living in CA in the same town as inlaws!!! Long story short, mil decided to do her "Christian" duty and took in ow and her kids for 3 weeks, the church that married h and I now pay ow and oc's rent for 1 year, free tuition for the kids to the church school and mil and fil have extended their family to include them in holidays, etc. Needless to say, I am estranged from in laws and h is not speaking to his mother. Ow is still up to her usual crap and we have nc with oc and very little with inlaws now. The truth will come out when oc is older, but for now he is caught in the middle of ow craziness...and believe you and me, she is certifiable.

Glad to hear things are well with you. H and I are living in Las Vegas now and loving it!

Has anyone heard from Catnip? I haven't heard from her in ages.
I need to get help for my trust issues in my current relationship, and I need to find the appropriate forum since I don't really qualify here except to offer my experiences for when I have had to deal with OC/OW/etc.

It seems like a lifetime ago. Ow still bugs me though, but I don't have the animosity I once did.
I know time heals all wounds, but this one in the trust department is the hardest.

To those who have remarried or dated after something like this...how did you trust? Was it hard?
Heck...those who are still married and worked to keep their marriage...what did YOU do to rebuild trust?
I'm interested to hear. Might make a new post out of this.
