Hello,
I remember seeing a post on here a while back that listed a website that gave identity info, it was something like ppil or ppl or pipl. If anyone knows what it is I'd REALLY appreciate it! Thanks

pipl is correct, but I don't know how reliable it is. I looked for me, and I am not listed on it. Intelius is another good one--I am not listed on that one either, but was until I asked to be removed (they had me hooked up with my abusive ex, and I had to be removed to separate my info from his). On Intelius, you can get an address and phone number for a couple of bucks. For about $50, you can get a full background check.
What information do you have? A name, a phone number? If you tell me what kind of info you have, I can help you target the best resource for finding more. Sometimes just googling what you have + public records turns up the info you need.

Try Zabasearch and intelius now that you know her last name you should be able to find much more with these sites. Some information is free but to get more detailed information you have to pay a small fee. I have used these you can get addresses, email, phone numbers and much more.
