Interesting call today from a BH who did nothing to save his marriage and has greatly diminished his chances of recovery:

You might want to compile all your favorite radio clips on one thread for easy reference.

???

I'd like it.

Did Joyce say at the start of the call that it WASN'T necessary to expose to the children?

I listened to them a few days ago. Very helpful. one thing that I enjoyed was listening to the interplay between Dr. Harley and his wife. Specially in part 2.

Dr Harley advises to ALWAYS expose to the children. That is his standard advice.

My H and I have been having this exact problem in the car (I think he is aggressive and tailgates and he doesn't like me telling him how to drive and thinks I am too anxious!). Was funny to hear this is a source of tension for Dr Harley and Joyce as well...

aren't they though? What I appreciate is how they communicate even when they disagree. In a real sense what you get on the show is them modeling their marriage as they counsel.
