The nice thing about being from MN is that your claim to fame is too many lakes, and you get to make fun of those triangle shaped orange hats that are full of holes at football games (LOL) Sorry JTW, I just could not resist

Do they make cheese in TX, don't know but to quote the commerical we do have the best ice cream in the country, Blue Bell. Now our mosquotes are bigger & worst than y'alls, why because they only go away about once every 10 yrs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
School supplies, just wait till your kids are in HS. the 1st wk I had to send over $50 in supply fees & don't forget the camrea I had to buy for a class he didn't sign up for & is only staying in because the hot girls talked to him.
Orchid, I'll share the hero list with Lizzie anytime. STill don't think I belong on a hero list, just ask my boys they might say the witch list. [ August 23, 2002, 11:17 PM: Message edited by: sing ]

Sing - I lived in TX for two years, and you do have some large mosquito's, which you can keep, and please take ours too. I also recall those large cockroaches that you could put a saddle on and ride. The dog and cat hid from them (LOL)
Just kidding. Texas is one LARGE state. I had to drive 1.5 hours to get to the airport to go home to visit my family. (yes, I left the warmth of TX at christmas to go to the subzero of MN)
For me Christmas is not Christmas without snow. I was told the northern tip of TX gets snow.
