Hey there 2Longinthetooth ... why is it when I dream, I'm never older than 25?

I miss my H so much tonight .... he's working ... and I am thinking dirty thoughts about him. I called him up to tell him this, but he was soooo quiet, so I said, "Are you in a meeting?" .... "Yes, I am." .... and I told him he would be punished later.

Maybe you should tell him some of your "thoughts" while he's in his meeting! Especially if he happens 2 be standing in the front of the room at the time! Might be kind of fun!!

A few years ago, H was working on a TV movie. (Mortarman might remember this one. "Pentagon Wars", starring Kelsey Grammar and Cary Elwes ... about the Bradley tank fiasco)

Anywho ... H was riding in a scout van with the director, Richard Benjamin, and I called Mr. Pep .... and described to him some oral pleasures I wished to bestow upon him .... not realizing I was on speaker phone.

It was their best-ever scout!

Old????

I resemble that remark. So Sonny you taken yourself off of the pill ugh??? This could get you in great trouble you know. That stuff is supposed to keep you calmed down, WAY DOWN. The Mrs. noticing a difference, or are you 2old for that to make a difference?

So how are you? I saw some models of your toys while in Houston a week or so ago. Nice trade show with all of the space agencies there.

I do like your posts, you are definitely getting this stuff down pat. I do hope that W finally gets it, or realizes what she has been missing.

I may be down your way in a month or so. I am not sure a workshop that I may attend but I forget the date and am not sure it won't conflict with another meeting.

Well, I must go and try and get a little work done today.

You are doing well 2long. You really are.

No, I didn't know there was a courthouse in Hollywood. But I will probably "serve" there at some point. We tend 2 get summonses every year or 2 like clockwork!!! My last trial was in Pasadena, which was really convenient, but it lasted a good 15 days (and was GRUELLING).

Wow, when did it go from 5 bucks 2 15? Such a deal!!!

Yeah, I know. But I couldn't drink amber nectars, and I really LIKE amber nectars!

"The Mrs. noticing a difference, or are you 2old for that to make a difference?"

Thankfully, I'm not 2old for that!! ;') (and if Schnarch is right, I've got a good 15 years of continuous IMPROVEMENT in that area 2 look forward 2!)

"So how are you?"

I fell pretty good these days. When I realized, as I was running out of my prozac prescription, that I was feeling better because I was DOING BETTER, I decided not 2 renew my prescription (still have one capsule left, 2) and I didn't feel any of the downs I used 2 feel. Sure, the ups still have dents in them, but they're very minor things. As I'm feeling more self-confident, my W is feeling more connected, and so we're getting along great. I don't worry much about contact, because I believe that she is "trying" 2 cut it off, and now I KNOW that RM is trying 2 get back with his family, so THEY are on "my side" now, 2. And it really IS the only "right thing 2 do", and all parties are realizing it. The great thing about real love is that an A is impossible, because of the dishonesty (if not 2 the partners, then certainly 2 the rest of the world outside the bubble). So, the bubble will inevitably burst. If, in the extremely unlikely event the R with RM is "right" and our M is "wrong", I'm okay with that 2, because I now know that I am COMPLETELY responsible for my own happiness, as my W is for hers. And so I've "dropped" my protection mechanisms (keeping my feelings 2 myself, and thus not being completely honest as 2 just WHO I AM with my W), and she's starting 2 lower the iron curtain she's constructed all these years - because it truly IS safe 2 do so. Still, progress is slow, but it IS progress. And it's truly wonderful.

"I saw some models of your toys while in Houston a week or so ago. Nice trade show with all of the space agencies there."

I emailed you a picture of one of our toys!!

"I do like your posts, you are definitely getting this stuff down pat. I do hope that W finally gets it, or realizes what she has been missing."

Yes!

"I may be down your way in a month or so. I am not sure a workshop that I may attend but I forget the date and am not sure it won't conflict with another meeting."

Hm. I'll be out of town for thanksgiving week, but I should be around the first half of the month after the 6th. Drop me a line and let's see if we can get 2gether. Otherwise, unless it's the conflict you're referring 2, I'll be up your way for that annual meeting in December.

"Well, I must go and try and get a little work done today.
You are doing well 2long. You really are."

Thanks! I feel well!

2Long~~

Yesterday, during my lunch break, I checked my work phone messages ... and my son's school had called. When I called them back, they told me that they had called 911 for my son, and that the ambulence had just arrived and they were taking him to the hospital.

Soooooooo

Turns out, the little bugger had taken his asthma inhaler to school (he does NOT have my permission to do this) and, he feeling "very short of breath" , he took many, many puffs. Reportedly more than 20 but less than 30

Of course, he became ill. Heart rate greater than 150. Headache. Lightheaded. Nervous.

I met up with them in the ER .... and he was improving by that time. He was released once his heart rate was consistently below 100 (normal for his age is about 70)

Sometimes .... I just want to smack him upside the head and ask ... What the sam hill are you thinking?

Happy Halloween everyone..... I need chocolate!

Sorry 2 hear about your son!!! I hope all is better now!

Hey, maybe you should look up my post about Halloween Rules from yes2rday (I'll bump it up for your perusal). Lots of allusions 2 horror films in it.

Yeah, chocolate would be good, but how about one of ol' 2long's Beer floats? You know, Guiness Draft over Vanilla ice cream!!! I'm getting all drooly now just thinking about it! ...that and a salad, perhaps, eh TMCM?
