Hey, my responses are a bit different than I would answer normally. I am postpartum so haven't gotten back to doing some things. Plus after DD#2 I couldn't feel safe emotionally so we didn't have the intimacy that we had prior to. Although I had to laugh cause we're working on 'rechristening' different areas of our lives, and we have two kids now.....

Well ya know,
You think of all sorts of things AFTER the fact, like... a check box for "Never tried, never will" on the kinky stuff... and how divorced/divorcing folks would probably rather not think about any of this at all, or how someone in the 'just found out' phases of infidelity might be hurt by the questions... or even, that someone might be post-partum and the LAST thing they want to think about it something going 'in there'...
Sigh.
Oh, and regarding death by blushing... no kidding... I'm 43 years old and I was giggling like a mad-woman writing some of the questions.
I was a slut in the 70's and it fared me well in the 'what I won't try for a smile or a dollar' catagory. Remind me to tell the story of how my first serious boyfriend made a weird bet with me to get me to try my very first BJ. Let's just say that the local cemetary was involved. I know...
