Thank you for the compliment Susan. I usually nudge my own issues when I offer advice or suggestions to others ... when I teach biofeedback in my clinic ... I notice a serene veil over my own psyche for the days following. I remind myself to practice what I already know to be benificial. I get too lazy sometimes. Well now, I too am a fellow Sagg, and if I'm doing my math right (it's late and I'm math-disabled, so don't count on me <hey, a pun>) I'm somewhere between Susan and Maw in age (I'll be 44 on the 19th!)...

I read and write in reverse order, always have. I've just trained myself to always switch them. Isn't that being dyslexic?
And BTW: I think Pepperband is pretty awesome, too. I think she's so dang smart. I run to read her posts, cuz I know I'm gonna learn something.
