Medic, LOL Teenagers, as young as 13, or even younger kids, are into 50's 60's music now!
I love it. LOL Being as that is my era!
now if we can just get the whole world back to the future, we can finally understand the words.
My granddaughter and friends, 13 yr olds, are really into the past music of 50's , 60's and into the old TV shows such as Lucy!
Of course, maybe this is just a fad out here on the west coast.
H and I had a ball couple years ago in Virginia city in one store. Sold all oldies and all ages were coming in and dancing down the aisles. Bought some of the best 50's CDs we own at that little place.
I don't know an era that had better music!
Nostalgia! So sweet.
The fun part was watching young couples enjoy it along with all us oldies as well.
I'll be forever young as long as this music is available.
At 61, I put on my headphones with Cd and dance around my house. BTW, H and I won the twist contest on every cruise we've taken out of hundreds of people. Our crowns and medals are building up. Now it's a must do thing on each cruise. Gotta keep winning!
LOL so old farts we're not!Not yet. LouLou

Hey Mitzi!!!

We have a place here in Allentown [Croc Rock] that has the bands of old time playing regularly. I took G to a concert of Warrant and Dokken last year, it was GREAT!!! Firehouse didn't make the scene, was kinda bummed, but, it was cool anyway.

G is crashed right now, maybe because it's like 02:30 here and I'm still awake, but, I'll tell her you say hey. When are you coming up to visit?

Hi NewBranch!!!

It's kinda funny the kids go for the stuff we listened to years ago. I am deff stuck in the '80's and G's kids rock out with me, they know the words to my tunes and everything.

I just found it wierd that my kid [22] listened to the same tunes that I do. What's up with that?

You go win some more dance contests. YOU GO GIRL!!!
