Sometimes I get the sensation that my wedding ring is still on my finger, even tho I took it off over 3 weeks ago. I'll grab a grocery bag and it feels like it falls off, even tho it's not on to begin with. Or I'll wash my hands and feel like the soap causes it to come off, but again, it wasn't there to begin with. Weird, huh. It's like I lost an arm and have phantom limb or something

I've tried to take my ring os off several times.

I've actually gone as far as to take them off and throw them across the back yard!

But it feels so wierd without them, so I always end up putting them back on.

I took mine off, put them on, took them off, put them on. When I had them off it always felt weird and uncomfortable. When I had them on it hurt to feel them there sometimes. *sigh* It did feel weird when they were off, though, like I was walking around naked or something.

Took mine off about a month ago ... finally got rid of the tan line .... so now there's no visible sign.

I'm not even sure if I'll ever put one back on ... it did me no good to begin with ... It never helped me not neglect my W which is what got us here. It was simply a possesion ... and made my marriage feel indistructable ... even though I put no effort into it.

I think I will focus on the relationship only ... this whole "marriage" thing is for the birds.
