You know, I feel like this whole message board is a blessing from God. I know not everyone on here is a believer -- they still give wonderful advice (and I truly believe God works through many channels, through believers and non-believers alike).
But it has helped me so much to have this place to come to be around people who know and understand what I'm going through, and especially to meet so many with Christian perspectives on things. I may seem like a basket case on here frequently, but I'll tell you I'm SO much more calm when I'm on here than I was before I found the board! It may seem that I'm doing better these last few days. I don't feel it yet, but I don't know what I'd do if I didn't have the support from here.
I'm praying for all you guys and asking the same from you to me.

I feel the same way about all of you. Life wouldn't exsist as I know it without this board and all of you. Hugs.

I will pray for you and LL also very hard tonight. I pray for our children not to suffer any longer also. My son still talks about his father all the time. Asks when is he coming home and the whole nine yards. Breaks my heart every time. Hard to get used to, wish he would forget about him sometimes.

Well another good day in Plan B here. I went to IC this morning and that went good also. She wants me to get some books to read with my kids on separating parents to try to help them understand stuff better. I think I will keep this IC, she seemed more helpful than any of the others. She doesn't have a computer though and is very behind times. Oh well what can you do.

NY, it is great to know you are doing well. I know that I will be like this someday. I will be. Take good care of yourself and kids.

Okay, NY, I think all this STUFF (yes, stuff) is great. But while implementing Ark's suggestions is a great idea, I want you to do those things for other reasons.
What flowers make YOU happiest? What cookies make YOUR mouth water? What picture do YOU want to look at each day? What sounds to YOU want to hear every moment?
Take the time to look around your house. Start removing EVERY SINGLE THING that doesn't make you smile. Yes, all of it. If you don't like a garbage can, out it goes. That ugly vase your sister gave you for your 12th birthday that you've never had the guts to throw away? Toss it.
The posters were a great start. But look at ALL of it, whether it was your WH's or not. Time to make your house YOUR HOME!! Make it a retreat that you love to come home to every single day. Make it one that your kids love to be in. Make it one where there is laughter and joy and silliness and warmth and care and comfort.
Make the changes that you want to make, in your house, in your clothing, in your hair, in your walk, in your talk, that YOU HAVE ALWAYS WANTED.
Because that's what Plan B is always about. YOU.

Just J
You are absolutely right! There are so many things that I want to change, and I am going to get busy. I am alone this weekend and now I know just what I am going to do. I am going to paint the house red (so to speak)! Thanks.

Hopeful,
Again, you are so inspiring. I have once again crashed and made a fool of myself. I do hope that you have a wonderful weekend. You sound so strong with all this.

Thanks ladies,
I have my ups and my downs, fortunately on Plan B I have more ups than downs these days. Of course we all know that hormones throw you into a tizzy. For those of you who still have aunt martha coming to town you understand that one time a month you totally freak out for no reason at all and then you realize "oh thats why"! Anyway I am calmer and I am actually looking forward to some time to myself, instead of sitting around feelings sorry for myself I have tons of plans for today and tomorrow before my kids come home. You ladies keep your chins up now. I am in 8 days of darkness so far and actually loving most of it. HUGS.
