Q: To those WS with children, did you, in fog land, ever believe that the OP would be a better more loving parent to your child(ren)? A: No.
Q: That the children would be unhurt by the whola A ordeal... A: Yes. I still don't think a divorce leaves children scarred for life.
Q: and come to love your OP as much as you? A: No.
I knew my kids love my W. I never thought OW would be a better mother than her. I did think my kids would be able to "get along" with OW.
I may be the exception rather than the rule--I saw a lot of divorces and unhappy children before the A, so I was probably more aware of what to expect than the usual WS.
