I don't have a lot to say to you. My heart absolutely goes out to you.
You know, "there but for the grace of God...."
I could have been your wife. Different sort of A but, OMG, when that fog lifts from her I want to be be here to see it. She will not be ABLE TO BELIEVE what she is doing and has done to you and her family.
I don't want to give you false hope, I don't know you personally nor your wife or your "real life" situation but the way she is behaving now is text book.
Please listen to the others - they've been around this board a long time and know what they're talking about.

Ugly situation, but you already know/feel that. I know legal advice has been mentioned earlier in this thread, but I want to stress it. There can be specific laws about moving kids across boundaries (in your case state lines) away from the other parent. Educate yourself.
