Dear Broken Vessel,

How are you since I’ve last talked to you (please see my previous post)?

As you can see I’m back at work only for today (will be on leave again next week). I also want to some catch up on your posts to the other threads.

Greetings,
Suzet

Dear Suzet,

Thanks for your post. I was just thinking last night that you must be due back soon.

Sorry I haven't posted to you before. Things have been a been 'intense' for me & RAP as you may see from the Moving On thread and my other thread (BV with dramatic line exit)...

Have just done a post on both the above threads.

Am sorry. I have to 'break off' for a while and try to sort my crazy life out.

I do hope you had a good week.

Thanks for your poems. I will keep reading them.

Don't worry if you don't hear from me for a while.

Take Care

Dear Kas,

As you can see I’m finally back at work today! All staff and students will be back from leave on Monday and then enrolments for the next semester will start (I’m working at a tertiary institution). Today is a quite day at work and I have just took the time to catch up on all your previous posts. Especially the long thread addressed to Just Learning are very insightful.

I’m so glad to see you’re still here and still posting. I’m also glad to see you’re doing better than the last time I've talk to you... Although you and your H are going through a very difficult time right now, I can see there is progress and that's a very good thing.

BV, I think you are much, much stronger than you think you are and I believe you and your H can get through this and build a very strong marriage. With faith and trust in God everything is possible. The fact that your H starts to feel and show his emotions to you is a very good sign. Very good…

Prayers, love and blessings to you,
Suzet

Dear Kas, I just want to add the following to my previous post:

I still think it will be a very good thing if you and your H can receive help and support from a Christian Counselor as well. Regarding my previous post where I've mentioned medication and urged you to be properly diagnosed by a psychiatrist for incase you're also struggling with a chemical imbalance – the only reason I mentioning that was because of the tremendous help & relief I received from counseling and medication during my own personal recovery. I’ve noticed some things in your previous posts that indicated to me that you could suffer from the same deviations than me. However, it seems if you're coping much better lately and I'm glad! It seems if you're doing fine under the current circumstances. Remember, time and patience... You will get there!

Dear Suzet,

Thanks for your post so much.

I'm sorry I haven't posted an update on how am doing to you.

I needed to have these long discussions with JL to try and sort myself out, and they have been helping me loads (even though he may not realise it the same!!)

Also NC and RH have been posting as well on that thread as other male inputs and I have really appeciated them and respect all the men on this thread for their input to me.

I understand what you mean and how I may come accross as needing medication. I can honestly say that I think the chemical inbalance in me was due to severe fog in me and severe withdrawal.

I feel I am slowly emerging from the severe fog and moving into a lighter fog. My good days are more than my bad days at the moment.

I know that you guys on this site have had a MAJOR IMPACT ON ME and your input and help to me has made a HUGE difference in this 'fog' starting to slowly lift.

I feel I am starting to see a bit more clearly and understand the whys and hows and the inner me more.

I am not as bad as I was this time last week, especially on the self forgiveness thing.

I think this has been largely to do with the help and posts I have received on here.

I know I still rely on JL and his input a lot, but for me this is a positive sign that I am at least seeking input from the site rather than wanting to withdraw from it because I feel so hopeless and a lost cause (as I did a while ago).

Spending time posting and reading and reading and posting day in day out has been a major thing for me to do. It gives me hope in a way for each day, that I have friends on the other side of the world who have been there, who understand, and who care.

Posting has been a lifeline in a way to me. I really believe God has used people to impact my life at this time (including all the 4x4s).

I wouldn't be without them or the people who send them because I have been given so much help.

I have to go now and pick up son from work.

I am glad you are doing ok and the work is going well.

I imagine you to be quite a caring and encouraging person to those you work with.

Thank you Suzet. (loads)
