My wife is a survivor of childhood sexual abuse. I had a 6 month EA that ended in July. My wife and I started addressin gthe issues that led to it, and she realized that her past was a HUGE issue with our relationship.

I am more of a classic rock person, but my 13 year old son left a linkin park cd in my car. Once I figured out all the words to this song, it about brought me to tears. If you know the song you will find that hard to believe, but read the words. I have heard this almost word for word from my wife.

This is a Canadian band and when I first heard the song I had to pull over - because it is just everything I feel in simple lyrics. The really kicker is its a man singing the song and you know its himself he is singing about for her.
