Do you have the DVD of Episode I: The Phantom Menace?

In the deleted scenes, there is an excellent one that should not have been deleted, IMVHO.

The scene involves young Anakin Skywalker fighting with an alien boy. Anakin is pummeling the poor boy.

The Jedi Master Qui-Gon breaks up the fight and asks Anakin what he was fighting about. Anakin replies that the alien boy was accusing him of cheating in the recent pod-race.

Qui-Gon looks at the alien boy and says “Do you still think he cheated?”

The alien boy says “Yes” and runs away.

Qui-Gon looks at Anakin and says, “He thinks the same way, what did your fighting accomplish?” (or something like that)

There is no "defense" for me! AND, none is needed. This is not about "me".

I am discussing board honesty and integrity. I am discussing what is appropriate and inapropriate for "advice" given on a message board. I am exploring the culture of Marriage Builders. Group think vs individual inventiveness. Responses to what is percieved as an attack.

I don't have the answers.

I just have more questions

I have my opinions based on what I know, which has to do with where I've been.

Keep an open mind about disagreements Onlywords.
As uncomfortable as disagreements can become, they have increasing value for an opportunity to dig deeper into ourselves, finding out what we are all about!

It's a good thing.
