I'm so sorry for this rough day, though I am glad the wine helped! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="images/icons/tongue.gif" />

I know you are doing the best you can but I'm wondering if it's time to take care of yourself now? Maybe since you are toying with going to Plan B you should start thinking about how you are going to take care of yourself, emotionally, physically, etc...

My heart goes out to you, as well as my prayers.

BTW, did you ever explain where you came up with the word "sparrow" for your W? I missed that if you did.

I explained the name once before. The night she said she wanted to get a D I started my first big thread here - a desperate, anguished thing. The name just popped out when I was typing the subject line. I guess it's because WW is small, she has a quiet voice, and because I felt she was like a frightened little bird flying away from me. The harder I tried to get her to stay, the more determined she was to get away.

I'm taking okay care of myself. Eating better and exercising lots. I've dropped about 35 pounds, 10 of it since I started swimming all the time.

I'm seeing an IC every week, and she seems to think I'm doing well. I'm not very motivated in the evenings, but I'm keeping my house clean.

I need to start reaching out to the world a little more. I think I might call the hospital down the street and see if they need any volunteers. I also need to install a second bathroom and get a renter in here soon, otherwise it will be tough to keep my bungalow. I do not want to give it up.

So... still a long way to go. But like I said, the sparrow is kind of out of ammunition. There's not much more she can do to hurt me any more. I hope.
