Yes, people can die from anorexia. Many have.

They can die from anorexia BUT it is not necessarily terminal. If she gets diagnosed and treated she can pull out of it. It is really up to her and her alone (the control aspect again)

Is there any family you can go to for her that might be willing to do an intervention....I mean anymore of this and she could go to the hospital...i would be worried what this is doing to her internal organs.....If she anorexic.....get her help and fast.....
