I don't know just yet. I have left over chicken and corn on the cob. I also have left over spaghetti. Either will do coupled with a nice green salad and iced tea. Your roast sounds delicious.

Hopeful -
That is the problem of cooking for one. I used to cook just for me, but now am cooking for roommates and grown boys. I'm in a different situation. My boys live across the street from me.
My roommates are not into cooking too much. So we pool our money for groceries - my sons, roommates and I. Then my sons cook 2 nights a week - mainly fish that they catch. My roommates cook one or 2 nights, and I cook the other nights. We never have any leftovers.

She called twice today, once at the office and once at home. I was out so she left messages for me to call her when I got home. I went to a charity event my company was sponsoring tonight so I just got home it's about 7:45p. Should I call her? I think she wants to come over and get some of her things. But tonight is not a good night for me because I didn't sleep well last night and I am going to go to bed early. Any thoughts? I haven't jumped to call her back.

I think I would call her and let her come get her things. Sorry you didn't sleep well last night. That will get better soon.
But I think it is your call - do what is best for you.

I called her and got her girlfriend that she is staying with. I basically told her that I was tired and she could come tomorrow while I was at work to get her stuff. Didn't talk to my wife.

Unless you are officially in plan B, you ought to return calls. You would probalby do that for almost anyone that you knew, (that really needed something) even if you didn't like them much.
I have been reading your story, I feel for you. Though I can't really help much, you have my prayers, and our thoughts are with you.
