Ok, this thread was started up this morning (or very eeeearrrly AM for those of us lost in the pacific - <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" /> ), yet this thread is already on page 3 with over 35+ posts and NOTHING from Ms. Ark! What's up with that!?!?!?! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="images/icons/tongue.gif" />

Now to the subject on hand. BIG Hair.... again? Oh no!??!?! Isn't that more of a throw back to the 50's? The kind where the wind can blow and nothing moves?!??!?! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" />

All that teasing and spraying?!??! Seems like a ploy for the hair conglomerate to rake in more of our $$ on products to now reduce the split ends we seems to have reduced with the 'flat head look'. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" />

I can see it now, a whole new line of the 21st century products toting more babble about how a new plant will either hold our limp hair up whether it is ours or synthetic or a new concoction that will cure the split ends we never should have had in the 1st place. LOL!!!

JMHO, again. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" />

Postcards From the Edge, with Meryl Streep and Shirley McClain. I LOVE that movie. I think those two ladies have such chemistry on the screen.

And, of course, my most very favoritest Disney movie, Beauty and the Beast. I LOVE that movie. H bought me the DVD a couple X-mases ago, and it has new scenes! One entire new song!!!

Spidey,

I have never seen "Postcards from the Edge", I think I will get that. I agree with you about those two ladies together. I haven't seen "Practical Magic" either.

A girl at work today was talking about "What About Bob" With Richard Dreyfus and Bill (from Saturday Night Live" She said that was a really funny movie too.

Oh, What About Bob is a funny movie. I haven't seen that in a long time, but I do remember laughing pretty darn hard. Richard Dryfuss is a crack-up.

I can't believe you haven't see Postcards! I have so many funny quotes that I remember from that movie. If you watch it, let's share!

Hard 2 believe that 1 would start a thread and only put 1 post and the other would not even acknowledge it after all this time has past.

Could it be that they are actually having another life outside of MB? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="images/icons/tongue.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

Orchid,

Yes, very stange indeedy.

In fact Melody is here, but still not on this thread...very odd, very odd indeed.

Do you suppose it has all been a trick? A hoax of some sort?

Well you would have to be Texan to understand a hoax such as this, I suppose.

I'm sure that there was a point, but what that was...only a Texan or an Ark would know.

BTW, it was the Butler, with a knife, in the ballroom. And Miss Pepper was his accomplise, in that french maids outfit she loves to flaunt and that little blond paige boy wig. You know the one. The one she wore to ol 2longs gayla when KY took off with WAT and Spidey wouldn't quit laughing in the kitchen with the hired help. Nios was acting like her usual southern (well I don't want to say slutty self, but you know Nios) and Believer was busy having her ONS with the Captain. Well we could have all been spared such drama if Gray had been doing his job as host, but he busy learning new licks on his guitar to impress the ladies, and Bob Pure was practicing his singing. And if that wasn't bad enough Dimmu was busy trying to market himself to Governer JL for a job. Foreverhers was praying for us during the entire dinner party, and that may have helped but we will never know because Melody spent all night in the bathroom SPRAYING her HELMUT hair.

Wow what a night.

OK, KY didn't realy take off with WAT, he just took her to meet ST, and after that he went to meet that lucky SO of his.

Sorry KY, but you know how rumours fly around dinner parties such as these.

Yes, I am thinking Ark will say she either has too much integrity to post on such a thread, OR, the TRUTH, she is intimidated with our . . . our . . . well, whatever it is that we have so much of! Apparently, Mel has lots of Aqua Net . . . Weaver has got a LOT of wonderful imagination (that's what my H said!) . . . and I'm just laughing it up shooting fluids out my nose and mouth all day.

Ahhh. A fun thread. What a wonderful gem. Like taking a break on a warm summer day and letting the fresh air fill your lungs, and the sunlight warm your face. Ahhhhhh . . . *Spidey basking*

Teasin' comb???????

ML - A proper southern lady knows it's a back-combing comb. Teasin' is something you DON'T do to the bull...and you DO do to the boy next door.

Nios, up north we have name for a girl who acts like that, and "proper lady" isn't it! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />
