Top Rope -

I missed your last post somehow.

I do thank you for your support and you HIGH FIVE! I can tell you it was worth the work to get here.

I think he feels a sense of relief as well. It wasn't easy for him and shocked him as much as it shocked me.

He gave me some insight into why he has so much trouble talking and showing his feelings.

One thing he did say that showed me how much he was willing to open up and how much he realized that communication is key to making this work...
he said Why didn't you tell me about the ED before. If you should be able to talk to anyone it should be me. He said it made him feel like crap because I didn't feel safe enough to do that. He even said it made him feel terrible to know that he was to blame for it. I did explain that that was not true...I've had a problem since I was a very little girl. But I did say that the thought of him not being attracted to me made it 100x worse.

And to give Top Rope and WAT a huge "you were right" high five...I'll go ahead and tell you that he did tell me tha he hated to see a problem and not be able to fix it.

He went from there to tell me things he had held in forever. It was amazing.

So here's another break through...we've lived here for a year now. We never unpacked. Only brought out what was readily available and bought what we didn't unpack. Today.....we unpacked! Folks I have dishes, I have glasses to drink out of, I have silverware, I have my margarita pitcher and glasses...ok, now it'll be for lemonade but I've got it!!!!

What a relief. I wasn't aware of how living around boxes was really bringing me down. We'd unpacked a few things and a few boxes but never just wiped out everything...and it only took about 4 hours. Oh well!

WAT -

thank you for your continued support and I think I'll let the next step be to relax for a little while. I'm really tired.

Good girl.

Just look at the growth potential you two, er, four have! Spring time in November!

You made me <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> SMILE <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> with that.

And that doesn't happen very often <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="images/icons/tongue.gif" /> (just ask my W).

Job well done...Both of You! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

The "break throughs" are always the best (even if they are Exhausting!) <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="images/icons/cool.gif" />

HW,

Im glad things have worked out and you have overcome the most recent hurdle. I am glad you reclaimed the part of you that wont take no for an answer!

Nothing useful to add, just wanted to send my love to you. There are lots of women on this board who could do with following your example.

Thank you KS....I have to say that I can't see where I've set such an example. I should have been able to do this a year ago. Or at least in march after exposure.

Thank you for your support.
