Evening from Asia all you idiots. Just had a call from my separated WH. He has gone to Spain to sort out some house problems there. He took shorts and teeshirts expecting sunshine and guess what - it's 6 degrees centigrade, non-stop rain and hailstones. Why am I not sad . TT

Mornin' Y'all!!
LINY!!! It's been said, but GREAT JOB man!!! Keep up the good work! - One day at a time, and you can do it!!!
Brown - Honey, you're the bestest cheerleader we've got - we'll hold the spot open, and you can get back to it as soon as you're ready! Q - if you don't want to answer, you don't have to, but was wondering, Why did you stop your Welbutrin? Did you do it by yourself or with help of Dr.? I'm on XL 150, and thought I'd just stop it after the surgery, thinking my female problems were most of the cause, but I got really cranky really fast, so I decided that the few days I didn't have it maybe weren't such a good idea, and I've started it back...at any rate, good luck on them kicking in faster - maybe since you've already had them in your system it won't take as long as it did the first time!
KY - Mornin JellyBing - had to laugh about the wet bed - I was a "bad" girl, and I kept Jessi in a diaper at night until she could control it during the day, though I will say, she did wet the bed about once every couple of weeks even after she could control it, so I don't know if it was the right thing to do or not...I will say she's gotten better, and now she cries out before she has to go, so as long as I can wake up enough to not say "OK, she didn't really need me" and get up and take her to the potty, she hasn't had an accident in a couple of months...(crossing fingers and praying I didn't just "Jinks" us!)
ST - Mornin Dude! Sorry 'bout the 21 degrees - since I haven't see Robby's weather report today, I'll bump it for him - high of 84 today, 63 expected tonight - BTW, Maybe you guys could come down here and help Robby out with his rent thing, then you'd have a warm winter - he can go snow with you guys in May!
Oh, and I didn't know the "c" word was that bad either - that was why I was asking...funny, cuz I was checking out another thread, and their words were worse than the "c" word, yet they'd not gotten edited. OH Well!
Mornin Justuss - figured I'd welcome you here too - didn't want you to think we were pickin on ya! Post if you'd like, we wouldn't mind, we're pretty equal oportunity ijuts around here, and hey, the more the merrier, right? OH well, we all make mistakes, just helps to laugh while your digging yourself out of them, know what I mean?
To the rest of Idiotville, a top of the morning to ya - gotta go back and re-read some of that stuff so I can respond to it!
OH, Starz is right, Kilz primer is the bomb-diggity, but, and that's a BIG BUT...USE PLENTY OF VENTILATION - that stuff has a POWERFUL scent - well, stinch is more like it - it takes a day or so to get it out too...ask the paint store if they can put the "smell go away" additive in it - I forget the name of it, but I know they have it, just can't remember if they can put it in the Kilz or not.
OH, and (I say that a lot, don't I - sheesh!!) anyway, they also have an additive that can make the paint dry SUPER fast - but you have to spray it on - it's the stuff they use to paint ceilings in really tall buildings, like malls, it dries in minutes, and by the time the spray splatters reach the ground, they're a weird looking powder...OK, enough paint trivia for the day....
Here's the quote for today...
The most frustrating thing in the world, is when the key to success does not fit in your ignition!
~LemonDash, signing out - hey, what was my job again? I can't go back and check it, now I've forgotten - I was the Road Commissioner, but RH came in and had more experience, so I resigned, did I go back to City Manager? Or was that someone else - oh well...
PS - Welcome to the newbies - lot's of fun here, just keep your boots on, it usually gets a little deep!

Morning Idiotville!!
6 degrees centigrade!!!
That's like ... umm... really... umm.... HOT!!
Let's see ...
6 x 9 = 54
54 / 5 = 10.8
10.8 + 32 = 42.8 F
Well it's warmer than Michigan!!

TT - that is just too funny - sorry for his bad luck...ok, not really - sorry, just couldn't lie!
Good evening to you! Don't feel bad about going to sleep when we're just getting rolling good - I, like you, usually only catch the first few posts of the day, then I chime in, then I can't get back to it, and it bumps 5-8 pages by the next morning! Oh well, more interesting than the local news, right?
Nighty-Night TummyTuck, sleep tight!

Hey YL, how are you?
TummyT, good night, have a great sleep.
Robby, you will be seeing a very dramatic exit line from the Queen, if we are all required to do math.
ST, the kids just asked to go outside. Should I send them??? I don't think it's against the law, don't the schools send them out unless it is 10 degrees or less??? The frost in our grass is very, very crisp. It's beautiful though, from the window.
Weaver, you nut, you all ready have snow. YUCK!!!

Robby, are you gluttoning for punishment, or just trying to get us shut down?

Hey KY! I'm doing OK...thanks for askin!
Sending the kids out at 21 degrees? well, are you going out with them, or watching from the window, cuz in all the tv shows, you see the kids outside and the Mum inside, and I think that'd be perfectly fine, but then again, the last time I saw snow, I was about 6 or 7yo, and it melted by 9am, so maybe I'm not the one to be answering!
Hey Weaver - can you post pics?? How neat to see snow and it isn't even Thanksgiving yet!! (can you tell I'm from the South?)

You started it! Pointing out there are multiple standards for different threads.
Besides, I think it's a beautiful song!

I did not "start" anything!! I simply made an observation, and to tell the truth, I was/am a little disappointed that I didn't get an answer to my question...I try to be an upstanding citizen here in Idiotville, and was a little taken aback by the edit...I don't think it's the best word to use, 'specially if you're using it for slang, but it was being used for what it was, so I didn't see why it would have been edited...I was asking an honest and sincere question, and I got ignored. (I sometimes hate that you can't tell emotions and tones on the computer - kindof looses it's impact for certain statements, ya know...maybe this will help ) OK, crawling off my soapbox now, I'd put it away, but I can't lift the stinking thing!!

YL unknowingly asked a silly Q
quote:
Hey Weaver - can you post pics?? How neat to see snow and it isn't even Thanksgiving yet!! (can you tell I'm from the South?)

NO, hahahah, she can't, hahhaha, scanners haven't made it that far North yet. She can't even send a picture of her beautiful self.
You can still get soda for a quarter up there, and in theatres, Top Gun.

sheesh!!
YL-
didn't mean to ignore your Q. I didn't want to touch it with a ten foot poll. I thought I missed something when you asked about the "c" word! Guess not!

LOL Weaver, sorry!!!!
OK, KY, I got it! But, YOU can post pics, and I'd love to see some of that icy stuff, 'K!!
And, yah, Southerners!!! I/We were thinking about taking a vaca trip to see snow over the Christmas holidays, but too many "hurricane" days, and now my surgery, and neither the kids nor H have enough vacation days to make it a good trip! H went through snow in Cali 2 yrs ago, but unfortunately, he slept through it, his Brother was driving, so no pics for me!
As for the "c" word, the question wasn't to Robby, it was to Justuss, now I'm afraid I'll get edited... the "c" word - the other word for poo, or the "cleaner" version of the "s" word, if it's used as a slang - you know, UGH!!! ****!!! Is that a bad word????? [ November 12, 2004, 11:57 AM: Message edited by: Justuss ]

I am going to bed now but wondered if there is a position in Idiotville for a bra-fitting model because that really is my job!! Told you I'm an idiot. Try on the bras at the factories before they go into production. It's fun. I get a bit jealous when you lot have these deep meaningful conversations and I don't even know which C word you are all talking about. Is it the really bad one that ends in a T?

I think the Russian language is simply beautiful. I’d love to learn how to speak it. I’m half Hungarian. My grandmother fed the Russian officers in Czechoslovakia during WWII.
I know a lot of Russians now. Very passionate people. Ever been to a Russian dinner? Lots of food and lots of vodka. And they last at least 5 hours!
I played poker in Moscow during my Semester at Sea. I must have lost… I woke up with a huge headache and empty pockets!
