Ooh, a bit testy this a.m. aren't we?
Good morning, Idiotville. It's sweater weather here - that's not usual, and lasts only a few days, usually, then we're back to shorts and sleeveless stuff. That's why we all keep colds around here - The temperature is so erratic.
Looking forward to my first session with Steve next Wednesday. I so need help. I'm rather excited about it, actually. Should have done it months ago. Then figured out it's cheaper than my lawyer, so why not????

Yah, Robby, RIGHT!! No, honest, it was edited out of like 3 posts, so I thought, well, ok, maybe it is a bad word, so I asked the question, and Justuss didn't respond, guess I'll never know now...maybe it's a perspective thing...I have some great friends who refuse to use that word, but insist on saying "Hockey" - I'll never look at a puck the same again!

That's great Starz! Could he give you any advice over the tele or do you have to wait to your session? Does that mean you have a game plan now, or are you in a holding pattern until your meeting with him?

No, R - "tele" in this context is a phone - come on now, I know we're in Idiotville, but, I mean, really!!!!
Oh, and I don't know about those words - I've learned to laugh at the first, thanks to my Idiotville friends that will just NOT let a sleeping dog lie...but, well, I guess it's up to the editors what's ok and what's not - thinking out loud to self, I wonder if they'll give us a list of the questionable words...I think I can figure out the most obvious, and I try not to have a potty mouth, trying to leave that behind and by the grace of God, it'll be smooth sailin...oh well, WHO KNOWS!!!!?????

ST BP- I read your posts on your dogs problem and I may have a cure. Try feeding him dog food with more SOY in it. I am sure he won't make it around in a circle. You may be able to teach him to write his name So is he left pawed or right which way does he turn to We (KY & Myself) found this hilarious
soy ? SOY ? In DOGfood ? In England we don;t even have soy in CHINESE food yet !!!!!
[doo doo reference warning]
When I was a kid there used to be a 'hazard' of crumbly white dogs eggs on the park when we were playing soccer.
I had wondered as an adult why I don;t see these anymore. I considered a lot was it - * An effect of pollution or climate change? * Has a new race of super pigeon evolved that no longer needs to suck all the goodness out of regular dawgdood, leaving just the husk ?
In truth the solution came to me courtesy of my Border Collie murphy again.
While I was walking him last week he ( as usual) started his "crab walk Cr@p" action only to leave ....a crumbly white line, like the one painted down the centre of Route 66.Murphy ate a marrowbone the day before ! AHHHHHHHH !
See ? Folks don't feed dogs on bones anymore, just "soy" dog food substitute ! That, and the absence of stray dogs nowadays means we don't get the crumbly Dood ! ta daaaaaaa !
My odg might be crazy but hes not stupid
[/doodoo]
Re: triggers I'm cool ST. I have to drive past "the" hotel ever time I drive to HQ like today.I have to get past it. I'm just saddened by how seedy and unromantic it is
Got a NICE text from Squid this morning - she loves me - so triggers all fogotten for a while
Keep that girl O' yourn in check, kay ?

YL - it will be a phone counseling session. So I think he will give me advice at that time. The only time I could use was at 6 a.m. What was I thinking?
I could have had an afternoon or evening session with Jennifer, but I really eventually want my H to talk to them, too, and I believe he will be more open and respond to a man better than a woman. I don't think recovery can happen until something gets through to him and he is willing to accept counseling, too. So pray real hard. They say Steve will tell me how to approach H about phone counseling. So I will wait until then.

RH - yup, you got it!!!

OH, and Bob - what have I done today to make ME proud - haven't lost my temper OR said anything bad about anybody - and I've been out of bed for about 3 hours now!!! Even managed to get both kids to the busstop EARLY today!! (Quite a feat with my morning crew!!)

{{{{Idiotville peeps}}}}
Morning. "The tank is clean."
Hey KY & ST...No ****, I did too this morning! (The adult version of "*** *****." ) Yesterday, brown told me I *yelled* at someone in my sleep. Maybe tonight, I'll start sleepwalking again.

quote:
When I was a kid there used to be a 'hazard' of crumbly white dogs eggs on the park when we were playing soccer.

On "the Island" it's geese **** we have to avoid.
Speaking of which (yes I'm tattling! )...how did RH get away with the actual word and bob and brown get edited with the @????

quote:
...castoration...

So glaud yu ar a gud speeler, YK!
YL! I'll answer for brown...she was doing great (for the most part) off of the SR150 wellbutrin (took herself off with IC permission) but ******* (me) gave her a "few" gut punches to deal with. She really didn't want to go back on...it's really up to me when she gets off! (Hmmm, just reread that. ) Well, that's true too.
Hugz to all of you! Thanks for helping brown and me get through this. We WILL! [ November 12, 2004, 11:54 AM: Message edited by: Justuss ]

RH - UGH!! You can have it - only reason I got it was cuz I was so "familiar" with DOT!! LOL j/k - I really only had one, ok, well two run-ins - one in AZ, no offense to those guys, but they can keep their border control!!! I only got up to pee two miles back, and when truck immediately slowed to a stop again so quickly I thought something was wrong, so I peeked out of the sleeper and without a thought, H said - sit down and get your seat belt on - well, being a good wife, and realizing we were next in line at the window, I did - guess what, I got us shut down for 8 hours cuz I was supposed to be in the sleeper - but, you can't argue with those guys, least he was in a good mood, and I'd recently showered!!! NO, I'm not saying he was playing favs, but, well the guy behind us almost got locked up, AND he walked out with almost $1500 in log violations - we only got 8 hours!! And, the other time was in Cali - at Banning - I got the green light and a wave through by one guy, and his buddy, like a dummy (did I say that?) (well, yah, he was keep reading, you'll agree) - he heard the other guy say "Go on" (I know he had to've heard it cuz I heard it over the reefer and the engine) anyway, the one guy gives me the green light, waves and says "Go on" and the other guy steps out IN FRONT OF ME!!!! Hello!!!!!! My H says I'm the only driver he's ever seen that can lock ALL the brakes without squealing them, burning them up, and WITHOUT loosing control - did that when a guy did an illegal U-turn in MS one sunny afternoon - 65 mph to about 15 in less than 1/4 mile - no sliding, no skidding (least wise not in my seat ) and didn't even run over him - even managed to get on the LOUD horn!!! Guy following us had to stop at next rest area and change his drawers, then he shook my hand and said "I'll never say another thing about your driving - joking or not - you are my hero!!"
OK, nuff 'bout that - just thought I'd share, figured you were the only one who'd get it - or at least understand it! Thanks for the memory!

Hi Liny! - Thanks for the answer - yah, I'm guessing that it's kindof hard to get off of - the dosage isn't so strong, but it really does take the edge off, I didn't realize how much, until I stopped taking it. {{{Brown&Liny}}}
