KY - three days with a headache, I think you better take some sudifed or something. NOT good. I hate pain. Are you sick to your stomach also? Can you put your chin down and touch your chest with it? (had spinal meningitis once, always look for those signs now)

nope just a headache. I think I have shaken baby syndrome. It started with volleyball on Sunday, then I did Pilates last night and it just seemed to get worse, the more I jar myself around the more frequent the headaches.

BTW, the lady in my Pilates video, is the Devil's spawn, I HATE HER!!!! Pure EVIL she is!!

KY -if the headaches started when you started working out/exercising/volleyball, then they might be stress related...something like this - I had a car accident MANY years ago - rearended by a semi (no wonder I want to drive one!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" /> ) anyway, had neck injury and some back injury, and well, the list goes on, BUT here's what I wanted you to know - when I was in physical & massage therapy, they use to tell me to take some tylenol BEFORE each session - said the stress of the muscles being tight caused toxins to be releases once they were finally being worked out - the tylenol never stopped the headaches from coming, just made them more "bare-able" anyway, if your muscles were really tight, like you hadn't exercised in a while, maybe there were some built up toxins, thus the headaches - best way to keep them from occuring, and to help get rid of them is to exercise some more.

I myself am currently on the SWAT team as the town sharpshooter. However, that job does not keep me very busy, so I think I will apply for the position of Coordinator of the Arts. I could still be on call for the SWAT team. What do you think? The pay is so poor I could use more than one job, anyway. I have also spent a brief time as School Superintendent, but there wasn't much action there, either. So how about it, Mayor?
