im way ahead of you there
the horse trailer will never be found and the locks were changed b4 she got her clothes.
when that cop told her to leave, she said i have as much right to be here as he does, he said no you dont, you have made that perfectly clear, and dont come back until after the d or unless invited. it was histerical, the look on her face, im sure she called them saying i was going to beat her or some other bs and they were there for her, oops, backfire bit$#

So what about the horse? How are you securing that asset?

we have it insured for $10000 and i have a copy of the insurance policy, also the police were there when she took it it is registered in her name. they told her several times not to sell anything or it will come back to haunt her. so if she xfers it she owes me 1/2 market value.
and if she tries to say it isnt worth 10k i have the reciept where i paid for it. also over insuring it would get her in trouble.
(i own an insurance agency) fraud

So Dalson, you are still in Plan A, no?

You protecting yourself financially is not violating Plan A behavior. You can still be a Plan A guy to your wife yet continue to protect yourself and let her know that in a loving way.

she has completely lost her mind.
i mean i do love her but she wont even tell me where her apt is. i was doing a dang good job, i thought, i called her last night and asked if i could tw kids and was real nice, told her she left her box of shoes and if i was in amarillo i would put them in the back of her truck. she said ok and then i asked when i could see the kids and she said that depends when she gets HER trailer back.

Hmph! She's holding the kids visitation as hostage for the trailor?

You see, if you gave her the trailor just to see the kids, what is your guarantee she won't want something else after that and hold the visitation as a bardering tool.

You may want to give this some time before trying to reason with her, Dalson. She is still reeling from the "moving day" experience.

why don't you go to the courts and fight for custody for them? Or at the very least to set up visitation that she can not argue with. A good mother would not use her kids as a pawn against a good father. IT is just NOT RIGHT!!!!

oh believe me, i am!!!!!
i will spend every dime to get those babies.
she is a career mom that is more career than mom.
i have switched careers twice to spend more time with family and she has kept her career going up up up and is out of town at least 1 week a month, during which guess who is taking care of the kids.......
as for this
A good mother would not use her kids as a pawn against a good father
no good mother would choose her married lover over her family. uproot her kids from the only home they have ever known. or choose her career over her family.

im not bitter

Tell her, "Darlin', I cannot make a deal with you to trade a horse trailer for my children."
