ok---if your gonna let a professional fix this there are things they can do other than bleach. what you used is a peroxide based color. if there is ever a question----if the product has the ability to lighten hair it is a peroxide based color. if it can only darken or blend grey----not.
most corrective colorists have product that will open the cuticle and allow the color to fade out....call and ask. then tell them in no uncertsin terms do you want a chemical lifter to be used. they will know the product im talking about---it gets put on and put under a dryer for a bit of time.....if they havent a clue---hang up and call the next salon.LOL
it may not remove it totally but you may end up being the color you wanted to begin with! the biggest thing i always told people is i will fix it if i can---but i will not damage you further in the process.(not everyone liked that answer----but certain things cannot be undone without damaging the hair further. as in---yes i can get it to that color---which bag would you like to carry it home in???)
ask away anything you want.....i will try to be as helpful as i can.
