Well it really doesn't matter but now you can file that info in the back. You can keep this stuff stored so that when he pulls that kind of stunt again, you will establish a pattern and case. It will also show the WS as one who is not crediable.

This is why it is important to have a clear mind and a calm heart. The WS will have less and less of that as the A winds down. This w/b in your favor.

take care,

You are right...it will show a pattern. He said that he called the automated teller and it said there was a debit for the amount of my car payment. He didn't even pay it...I did. I don't know what he's talking about. He's crazy!!!!

SHMI.......Yep...you got it!!! That's exactly what's happening. He can take the blame himself. He is in a mess and it seems he's spinning out of control. Oh...I feel so bad...NOT!!!!!!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

As i always say Tree, your STBX never ceases to amaze me. At least your still handling yourself as gracefully as always, im so proud of you! Can you ask your lawyer to petition for some kind of mental exam for him? He sounds looney to me.

Uhm, while I'd love to help explain things to TR's WH, I do have to say that once someone apologizes about an error, it's usually a good idea to start working on forgiving them for that error.

He hasn't apologized for a lot of things -- but for the bank error, he has. If you can't forgive him after he's apologized and admitted he's wrong, what's stopping you?

JustJ..
I do accept his apology for the bank error. I've let that go. I just don't trust that man at all. He will blame me for something else in a day or two. It's always something with him. He must be having a hard time accepting what he's done. Don't know!!!!
He's really gone off the deep end with things. My son is with him tonight and he called and told me that his dad bought him a science book and made him do a science project with him. My WH all of a sudden thinks that our 8 yr. old son shouldn't have toys that don't teach him something. ?????? I don't know where all this is coming from. He wants him to have educational things and not eat sweets. OK>>>>>>this is not the man I know!!!! My son even thinks this is strange.
I'll be so glad when it's this time next year. I hope I will be happier and in a better place in my life!
