Thanks for explaining but I feel it is critical that you not put yourself in harm's way of anything like a libel suit. A WS c/b your worst enemy on this matter.
As for the INS stuff, well you know what you can do with that information. Even if he looks squeaky clean, he has to trip up somewhere. Living life looking over your shoulder is not healthy. Creates anxiety and I am sure you can push his anxiety buttons.
He has been here for 7 years, you know his mom and he still is a student? Is this his lifetime profession and still getting handouts? Hm.... if that doesn't raise some flags.
I still think letting people know on a personal level is better than the business card idea. Let me know if I am still missing something.
All it takes is info into the right ears of those who like to talk. Yea, this sounds underhanded but it goes on all the time. At least in this case, it c/b a tool used for good. But even this could come back and bite you in the butt. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" />
