The only thing that works with me is to starve myself and work out like crazy! No fun, but this is what I said I would do to help the M. Today I did 30 minutes on the treadmill and had oatmeal for Breakfast and a salad for lunch, no snacking. Plus the infidelity diet is helping. I've been so upset the last few days that I haven't had much of an appetite. Back at the beginning of all this I lost 19 lbs in one month, normally this would have been good but I was pregnant at the time. I'm currently 18 lbs less then before I got pregnant but unfortunately still have a way to go.

Kloe,
I use to feel the same way about almost starving myself. But heard a lot of people having good results with "The Ultimate Weight Solution."

It's kinda like low-carb. Here is a typical day.

Breakfast

1 Protein (Examples- Egg, turkey bacon/Sausage.Etc)

1 Starchy Carb (oatmeal, certain cereals, cream of wheat, muffin, wheat bread.. etc)

1 Serving of fruit juice

1 low-fat dairy product

1 noncaloric beverage

Lunch

1 protein serving (tuna, baked chicken, beans, lean meat etc)

2 nonstarchy veggies

1 starchy carb (wheat crackers or bread, whole wheat pasta or rice etc.)

1 fruit

1 low-fat dairy product

1 noncaloric beverage

Dinner

1 protien serving (lean meat, fish, egg etc)

2 or more nonstarchy veggies

1 fat (low fat dressing, butter, mayo etc)

1 noncaloric beverage

Snacks

Fruit (if not eaten with your meal)
Lowfat dairy ( if not eaten with your meal)
Raw veggies

You can mix around so you have more carbs at a setting and less later and such.

Here is a sample menu

Breakfast

2 slices of turkey bacon
1/2 whole wheat bagel
Cantaloupe
coffer or tea

Snack

Smoothie: 1 cup low-fat, skim, or soy milk blended with a frozen banana

Lunch

Steamed shrimp, Cole slaw (made with 2 tablespoons reduced-fat cole saw dressing), sliced tomato, cocktail sauce

Snack

Cut-up raw vegetables
1 oz reduced-fat cheddar cheese

Dinner

Lean ground beef
Mixed veggies
Whole wheat pasta with nonfat spaghetti sauce

It kinda feels like your eating all the time with the little snacks and stuff. And I never really feel deprived because there is so many things you can do with the list of recommended foods he gives you. Also I bought the cookbook he has and search new recipes online.

If I really crave something. I will allow myself to have it. But not everyday. And usually I will take a few bites and that is it. I found if I deny myself something that just makes me want it even more.

As for exercise it's best to build yourself up to a good workout. He has a plan for that to in the book. I usually do the walk away the pounds in home walking/jogging DvD they are fun and I don't get bored with them.

Maybe we can be diet buddies. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" /> Don't starve yourself sweetie. I tried that at times and ended up giving up as quickly as I started. I use to want to be thinner for my husband. But now I want to be thinner for ME. And I am a whole heck of a lot thinner than I have been in a long long time. I feel wonderful and sexy. And my husband makes me feel desired and tells me all the time that I am getting so sexy. Which makes me stick to it even more.

Today I am meeting my SIL for lunch. Today my goal is to enjoy my kids and do something with each one of them. Also I want to workout at least 30 minutes tonight after they all go to sleep.
