Tellmewhy -
Actually, and I know this might be blasphemy, I don't hunt at all, never have. I prefer my meat to be shrink wrapped in a grocery store cooler. About the only thing I have hunted is pigeons - the clay type, that is....
Texasgirl-
When we moved to South Jersey for my WW school, we bought a house with a flag pole out front....we were sooooooo tempted to fly the Texas flag as well as the US, but eventually relented, fearing a neighborhood riot. But we had plenty of Texas things in the house and the garden....
WAT -
I dunno - them guys were some pretty tough 'uns...
Y'all be good now, y'hear?

KY entering arena, looking around, feeling very exposed in her tiny little bikini, where's the mud, it is only being slung, not wrestled in.
Darn it, I always miss the real fun.
Walking out, backwards, realizing suddenly the thong wasn't such a good idea.
Carry on.

(pepperband taught me that )
I could say sooooooo much to you both but I will refrain. Even though in one day alone I have been called "babbling", "old" and "mercury poisened on the brain".
But you know what I can take it. Because I am a YANKEE! And up here we grow 'em tough.

OK, (pant, pant) where? What the ... it's over? I'm always late for everything! Tarnation!
But I still see the outlines in the drying mud... hmm, not bad. I'm feeling a stirring...
My mom was born in Matador, near Lubbock. My dad was born in Ohio but moved around a lot when he was a kid and ended up in San Antonio. Even though I was born in AZ I consider myself a Texas expatriot.
Oh yeah - also my mom's name is Nelwyn Glynn, My aunts were Cleo and Francis, my uncles are/were Buford, Virgil, and Charlie(ho-hum)...
I remember Kinky Friedman, the Texas Jewboy from way back in the day, but for the life of me I can't remember any of his songs. [ February 23, 2005, 04:58 PM: Message edited by: legato ]

dalson, if I recollect, we're practically neighbors, aren't we? Did you catch what WAT wrote -- that BAY CITY is flat?
As for all you Red Raiders, I suggest we all meet out at Cagle's for a steak and a bowl 'a beans. Whatchathink?
BTW, Yankees, it's 60 degrees in the shade of my patio as we speak. Everybody in bikinis, in the pool! PM
