I allowed my WH chaos take my focus off my plan. So tonight I am back on track. I will be doing my workout later tonight after all the kiddies go to sleep.
I think I will take a nice long bubble bath, paint my toenails, watch a new DVD I bought and write in my journal.
I sat last night thinking about what I could do to make things better for myself. So I decided with some of our income tax refund or my parents help that I will go take a college course to get certified in some type of computer field. My SIL works for a government agency and she could get me a job there right away with the proper training. And the pay will be the same as my WH or more.
Also I asked the two neighbor ladies if I could join them when they go to the local gym. I hate going alone and they said they would be thrilled if I go along. Childcare is free.
I am trying to find a part time job for the moment to help pay some of our small bills off. I have some other plans for myself but I will tell more later. The kids want to play with me. And I need to finally eat something.
I am back on track and NOBODY is going to bring me down. [ February 23, 2005, 05:11 PM: Message edited by: New&ImprovedMarylandLady ]

Good for you! Keep working on you and caring for your kids. Please eat, I assume you are nursing your baby and she needs the nutrients as well as you.

My Menstrual cycle did not start this month. Can stress make you miss one? I am really hoping it's not something else. It is over a week late.
Sorry if that is TMI...
I did get my bubble bath, toenails painted and some cleaning done. The kids are all tucked into bed and I feel at peace. I know that everything will work out in the end. But the pain at times is almost to much to bear.
I miss my husband laying next to me, his soft lips, the way he can make me laugh when I am sad or angry, his songs he seems to belt out any ole time, his goofy impressions, the way he pushes me to persue my dreams and goals and so much more. I could go on all night long.
But the man he is right now I do not know. I said a prayer for him. And I know that one day he will see the wrong he is doing. Not just to me. Most importantly to his children. [ February 23, 2005, 09:30 PM: Message edited by: New&ImprovedMarylandLady ]

Can stress make you late? Sure..and if it has in the past I'd even say it's not at all improbable.
Have we...not secured that issue?
I mean..my son was born Sept..and I still haven't had one [nursing] but if you HAVE been and have been regular..then..urk..you may want to look into that.

Noodle, I am usually very regular. Since I had the baby I already had a normal cycle last month. Just the last month I have been under more stress than normal. We are both hoping it's just that. I can't imagine another little one especially if my WH isn't around. That will be a ton of work. But each one is a miracle in my eyes. [ February 23, 2005, 09:39 PM: Message edited by: New&ImprovedMarylandLady ]

So, you have only had one cycle then?
Well, that's hopefull..or at least more so.
I'm not going to sit and tell you that you are not pregnant..but I will tell you that one period could be a lot of things besides resumption of your regular cycle.
This isn't your first child..is it?

I guess with the ordeal of having a baby in Nov and the stress that I am under. Maybe my body is just messed up. With my other pregnancies I always got the feeling of pms and cramps but it just never started. I have had PMS for the last two weeks but nothing happens. I am so moody but that can be the situation I am currently in also. I will give it a few more weeks if nothing happens I will get a test.
I guess I am still hoping it's stress.

Are you nursing Maryland? There's a great supplement that I got for my oldest daughter for pms because she was TERRIBLE, it was either her take the pill or I was gonna run away!!! I got it from the health food store (my second home)it's by Women's Phase I, it's permenstrual support. I believe the website is www.vitanica.comOf course you are moody with all the stress you are under and add everyday life into the mix. It's a mess at times. You've come so far and you'll get right back on the right path again.

I've lost 2 1/2 lbs this week, but that's because I have a temperature of 102 and have no appetite. FWH has been great taking care of me. He came home early from work yesterday and took care of the baby so I could sleep. Then today he sent me an get well e-card.
My doctor put my on a new birth control pill; however, it has caused me to have my period three times in the last 5 weeks. Not fun! I'm heading back to the doctor on Monday. Go buy a test today so you can put your mind at ease.

Now my four year old and the baby are very sick. I guess they have some kind of virus going around. I had to ask a neighbor to come watch the three kids so I could run and get some things to try to make them feel a little comfortable. It's horrible both of them are throwing up all over the place and coming out the other end also.
I called the doc about the baby they pretty much said to watch for signs of dehydration. Also there is a snow storm here and the roads are getting pretty bad. Just my luck.
Kloe, I am thinking about the pill but I have never been on it. You hear so many stories about it. Like you gain weight, it's hard to lose weight, cancer and other things. So I have been wishy washy about it. But I think maybe I just need to talk to the doctor about some of my concerns. I will go get a test if my period doesn't start by this weekend.
I am glad you are feeling better.

My son is now running around with a sudden burst of energy. I hope the worst is over. He wants to eat a hot dog but I am so afraid to give him that to eat. I don't think his stomach is settled enough for that. I did get him to eat a popsicle instead because he needs lots of fluids right now.
Chloe is still having pain in her tummy. She is crying very painful cries. Making herself stiff. I am trying to keep her hydrated as much as possible. I hate seeing them this way. I would gladly take their place if I could.
I am doing so much better. I feel stronger and more incontrol of my sitch. Before I allowed my husband to pretty much walk all over me. But those day are over.

I know a way to tell if you are pregnant an old nurse told me about it when I found out I was pregnant with my 1st. It is true and she said thats how Dr's can tell by an interanl. Just look at yourself in the mirror -below - you know and if you a black and blue then you are. If not it is the stress. Good luck - I was shcoked when I looked and had done a test and both were true.

Never heard of the pill causing cancer. In some people they may gain weight (I never did), but no more then you would if you got pregnant again! Definately go see your doctor and do something, the last thing you need is another baby right now.

Kloe, How are you doing on your plan? Are you feeling better? I think I am catching what the kicks have. Ughhhh
I haven't gotten much done at all the last few days. Seems like the kids are feeling a little better today.
When is your next MC appointment?

One sure sign is larger veins in the chest region...mine immediately showed...coloration is sign down there, due to more perfusion to pelvic area and that's where baby grows...will give a deeper red to bluish flush to those external organs down yonder.
Get a preggo test. Stress doesn't usually cause that down yonder...have never heard it does anyway. Am wishing and hoping for the best.
The tests are great...can detect even teeny bits of hcg in urine.
