Your "rivisit to Plan A" is fantastic. Perfect!!! I hope it helps some folks here. There seems to be such a tone of whining these days, and not enough willingness to truly follow Plan A. I'm SURE we were better students back in my day! ha! Just kidding. Wise, patient vets like you are needed to re-focus the newbies with helpful posts like this. Plan A is a WONDERFUL thing, and can be tailored to each situation. The best test for "done-ness" is doing it long enough to gain personal growth and to show the WS what they would miss.... and knowing when we are truly ready for Plan B, and ready to accept any outcome it may bring. As your "rivisit" describes, too many BS's use it as manipulation, in hopes of changing the situation or the WS.

Now... on to YOUR whining <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />. If you look at all the numbers, there is MUCH "reading without posting" around here. I like to think positive, that there are many lurkers gaining insight and wisdom, without bothering to post and respond. There's also lots of people like me who read a post, enjoy it, ponder it, but don't think I have anything of value to add. Then, of course, my favorite excuse is that I'm SICK AND TIRED of being logged off, so I usually don't bother logging in to post, unless something truly inspires me.

You're truly a gem, arkie. I love reading your posts.
