Ashley,

You are doing great and I'm sure you'll be fine at the job. Best thing that happened to me was getting a new job when I was 4 months into plan B. It helps keep my mind busy. Plan B is hard but it does give you the calm and peace to be able to go thru your pain, and therefore recover yourself.
I'll pray for us all to make it to the other side, with or without our WS.

Hey there Alphin/ cc46
Thanks for the support.

Alph - I'll email you soon. I'll be out today so maybe I'll be able to drop an email tomorrow.

I'm doing much better yesterday and today. I'm still learning on the job...I have orientation courses on Mon and Tues to keep me busy!

I also found out about something I had forgotten abt my finances. And it's a good thing. I'm not as tight for repaying the loans for the current apartment as I initially thought.. so this will be able to buy us some time and wait for property prices to improve, or for my income to stablise before I make a move/ sell off this place, etc

This is a load off my mind.

And tonight, I'm meeting more new people!!

Still no word frm WH abt signed sep deed.

Guess I'm journalling...

As of last Fri, I finally signed my legal separation deed.

I haven't talked to, seen, or interacted actively with WH for 2 mths.

This Fri it's going to be our 10th Anniversary but I guess it's now my 1st Un-niversary. Can't say I'm sad or whatever...or whether I'm deliberately numbing my feelings. *shrug*

After all the exposure, etc... WH is still happily in the fog. After the wind of exposure has died down, nothing has changed. Even some people we know mutually is beginning to treat the whole thing as if 'it never happened' and that things are 'like normal'. It can feel rather disappointing.

I have been pressing WH to remove all his leftover belongings and return the house key. He said he'd do that some time this week.

That's that, I guess.. I don't feel there's anything more I can do about this marriage. It already seems to be more than over. The less I see him for the longer period, the more a stranger he gets to be. I just feel rather sad sometimes that I don't even know where, what or who was the man I married for all these yrs. It's like he has ceased to exist.

Just want to say I'm still alive.
Nothing's changed. WH is still incommunicado except for $ stuff. Still in the fog. I haven't seen him, talked to him. We only still communicate by terse, short emails or text msgs.

Last two weeks was a really stressful time, as I had to chase him down to get us the monthly maint to help pay bills. Also, I had new knowledge of other debts relating to the overseas prop. he didn't tell me about which amted to some thousands of dollars, back from early 2004! And when I told him to resolve it, he sat on it for a week. I was so angry.

I'm still trying to deal with the anger. I'm actually doing emotionally OK otherwise but the resentment is beginning to build up because of the financial issues that we are facing every day.. and it's me that have to take action most of the time. It's becoming to be a struggle.

Because of the new debts, I'm still trying to secure a job but the market is really bad. I am over-qualified for most positions and my rather impressive resume scares most employers as they want to hire cheap, young staff.

Due to some other funds, I've managed to delay the full-blown effect of the fin'l issues but it can't last for too long. I really hope to be able to alleviate the financial problems soon.
