Thank you for the support, again! I have thougth about this thru and thru. I got an email from the alien that said KEEP THE HOUSE..TRUST ME ON THIS ONE!

WTH does he mean?
Trust him? On what? OK, so he gives me $1600, the absolute bare minimum in CS and I get alimony for three whole years. with a total of $4,000...The house payment alone is $1300...AND we pay taxes on top of that of $6,000...so in three years, my whole income will fall to $1600/month. so I pay the house and then what? just live in it! he is out of his mind!

I am working my fanny off right now cleaning this house out. I have got the entire upstairs done...I am not even thinking right now, just back on auto pilot.

I would LOVE to keep this house, cuz despite the bad, there are some good memories. BUT, I have to move on. I look out in my beautiful backyard and I see my dad, and him building the swingset on XMAS day 5 years ago. I see my kids plyaing in the yard. I see them learning how to ride their bikes. I see them running around in the sprinklers. I see them in the jet tub with bubbles all over them...I see them coming down the stairs one right behind the other like stair steops. I see them doing all this stuff...then I snap and see HER walking thru MY living room and looking at MY pictures on the wall! UGH!

Mom - Keep the house. You are upset right now, and think selling the house will help, but it won't. Keep it and build new memories.
