Thank you for sharing your perspective. I think that my H can see the damage that the porn has done to our relationship, which is why he is active in making things better.


On a side note, I found a book called Every Man's Battle on chapters.com. Has anyone read this book?

Caught just a quick glimpse of your recent posts last night at work during the few minutes I had between pts. to wolf down a sandwich. No time then to refer you to any texts, and no Bible either, but there are some interesting principles laid out in the Bible that nobody else has covered yet that I can see. I am curious, though, because your initial posts (which I just looked at, again briefly) seem to have a different attitude towards the concept of porn viewing than I get from your seeking Scriptural advice about the subject. What, if anything, has changed your mind and (apparently) your basic approach towards the whole idea of porn? Or did I just not read enough to get what you were actually saying?

I have to take a nap, since I've been up since yesterday, and probably won't get back to the computer till tonight. If you would like, I can give you some references that tackle this issue from another angle, but are (at least to me) very clear and not at all ambiguous, nor do they exactly go along with some of the other opinions you've received so far. Or maybe somebody else will come up with it While I Was Sleeping, which is OK too.
