Yep - let me go through the steps....

I called Telus Mobility at 1-866-558-2273

I pressed #1 for english

Then I entered the 10 digit cell number

Then I got directed to the voice automated system. Where you speak to go somewhere else - I said OPERATOR before I listened..they gave me some more options, and out of those i chose to say OTHER.

Then I got an operator..I told her I was calling on behalf of my husband who wanted me to set up internet banking, but had lost his cell bill for last month, so I didn't know the account#.

She asked for the cell #, I gave it to her. Then she asked for the name on the account, which I gave her.

Then, she asked me for the pin, I asked if it was the same as his voice mail, she said in some cases yes, I gave her that pin, it wasn't it.

She said, well let me ask you two verfications then to get you into the account. What was his date of birth and what was the mailing address on the account. I gave both.

Once in she gave me the account number.

I am not on my H's account...and I did this.

You can't get caught...I used to call and change H's plans all the time, and no one ever notified him. Unless he calls and says is there is a record of someone calling, when unless there are changes, they don't usually even mark there is a record of someone calling.

hmmm - if it's the business then, you may not be able to as they may get group bills for all the cell phones they pay for.

umm - not usually - usually only a few months back - and I can't remember if it keeps previous to this month if it's the first time you log on.

nothing will show up on the invoice that you called...but if it is registered by the business there is always a chance they may verify you are who you are to the business...if his business PAYS for it, but it is registered to HIM, then you can do this, as my H's is registered to him, but his business pays the bills.

I doubt their going to come off the information, since it's a business....I'd still try, mind you, but I doubt they'll give it to you.

Let us know how you did

Why not just ask him to bring home the cell phone bills since he said no contact so you can look at them?
It's an honesty thing.
You are simply checking to see if he's been truthful.

This is something which you should have agreed upon earlier anyway.

If he is not contacting her with the phone, he won't get upset.
If he is in contact with her, he'll get pissed off.

Prayers & God Bless!

So is the business YOUR business?? He doesn't work for a company, or whatever???

By asking him for proof ie: cell phone records
would I be rocking the boat and making him go on the defensive?
