LW, he doesn't need to know that there is a forum here. I would discuss this openly with him and tell him that you WANT to meet his needs and don't want him to be unhappy. The EN questionairre can give you a better feel of what is important to him and you would appreciate it if he would fill it out. There is nothing that has to be hidden about that.
