Thank you for your response. I'm coming around to telling her.
You are entirely right that I don't owe the OM anything and your story is starting to make me think that being a conflict avoider in this case may prevent me from doing something that will help the OM's wife and their child.
You also made me realize that if their marriage breaks up, that would not be MY fault. (It seems classic for me to anticipate blaming myself for something the OM did...)

This has been helpful. This thread kind of died a natural death. Not trying to bring it back to life but did you ever call the OMW? I would like to know how it turned out. If you haven't yet, please do so immediately, not just for your own sake in getting as much insurance as possible that the A has ended but for her sake as well.
