I'm still interested, as long as I can bring DD. Just name the time and place (and especially include the address so I can mapquest it!)

BTW, it's Athens, GA, not Tennessee!

Okay, I'm starting an "unoffical" roster (please add your name if you tentatively plan to come):

SadMommy05 w/DD
Georgia Guy w/Jeb

And, I would like to suggest the Joe's Crab Shack on Pleasant Hill Road. The other Joe's that I've been to are kinda unique and I think kids would enjoy them, they are moderately priced and Pleasant Hill Road is easy to find.

Comments?

Mrs. Wondering and I are still in. Sunday, October 30 at 6:30 pm. We are visiting from Detroit so do not know the restuarants in the area but suggest the north side just off the expressway and near the loop somewhere.

Joe's Crab Shack sounds great. There isn't one in Athens, and I've never been. Count us in!

Cool. Georgia Guy. Joe's Crab Shack is fine with us. I suggest somebody post a link to a map.

When we get some tentative head count, I'll call the manager and try to reserve the back room. I've already called them and they do indeed have a separate room.

Why did we decide that far away?

Might we consider something centrally located...say perimeter area for everybody?

IF trick or treating does not come into a mix up with that, we will attend the gathering wherever it may be.

Joe's is ok...but the music is really loud inside...and unless you are eating outside...

I have been really sick lately and so has my son.

AGain...trick or treating is going to have to be figured out. I live on border between fulton and forsyth. My xh lives right near me as of now...five min. away. So I will have to see what day they are actually observing trick or treating b/c xh and I are going to have son t or t for 1 hr. with him and 1 hr with me.

How about El Azteca off of Roswell Road in Sandy Springs??? Really not anything for the kids to play on though......

It would be centrally located.

In Cobb we are trick or treating on Monday night. I think though people talk about doing it on a weekend night -- trick or treating happens on the 31st no matter what.

Sandy Springs is fine with me -- though it is a block away from wh and ow. Thankfully the anxiety attacks have stopped - I can enter Sandy Springs with no problem. SadMommy has a 9 month old so a kid friendly place is not that important. And I will get my parents to watch my kids so that is not an issue for me.

Sounds good to me - I would most likely not bring DS. I could schedule his visitation with WH on that day. I would just need to be home by 8 PM which might cut my time there short if we aren't having dinner until 6:30.

I'm still rooting for 85/Pleasant Hill Road. That's about an hour and a half drive for me as it is, and with a baby...

Plus, I don't know where a lot of stuff is in Atlanta, but I'm familiar with that area.
