We're entering an interesting phase of our lives FF ... it's called "remodeling the house" talk about POJA opportunities!!! holey-moley <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" /> there is serious fun going into debt we plan on fixing up this dump and selling it for a mil next year ... whacha think?
