This thread has taken a humorous turn and constitutes some fun reading.
Getting back to the original post... thank you Ark for the encouragement. Many of my contributions have been journaling my own experiences. Mostly I read a lot and learn a lot from other's threads. Reading SAA was not enough to get the concept of Plan A and Plan B to sink in. Already, when I look back, I see the tremendous progress I have made in my own personal recovery, even if I have not yet been successful in embarking on marital recovery. There is no way I can repay all those who have helped me. I have received very good advice from nearly all the vets and Orchid in particular, has taken me under her wing. Yet I have received not only inspiration, comfort, and worthwhile advice from the vets, I have also received this from other newbies like myself. It seems only fitting that I should not only receive, but give as well. And although I have not yet made it through this infidelity mess, I am no spring chicken ... 43 years of experience on two continents has got to be worth something.
It's fun to read what others look like...
I'm 5'2", 105 lbs., green eyes, and have a head full of very unruly auburn curls, and a big nose. I used to wear my hair long (big actually, because my hair does not grow in one direction)and I was perhaps more hair than woman. Plan A included a new "do" ... a cheeky chin-length bob that my girlfriends say whacked off a few years. So still, my hair and my nose remain my most prominent features and not even a wonder-bra can change that!
