cardio? weights? BOTH...YUK... Cardio..the goal is 5 days a week... Weights..at least 2 times a week.. Maybe LIPO on the thighs would be better..I'm really thinking on this... <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />

My H LOVES EXERCISING...YUK...
He JOGS...
I use the Elliptical, Stairstepper and walk outside...
I HATE THE TREADMILL!!!!

YOU JUST HAVE TO DO IT... That will be my New Year's Resolution. The hurricane Katrina diet was great. Then we moved and were so busy. I was not too far from my WW goal weight. Things have settled down and I'm lax on my exercise! H and I used to walk together. We have a great place in the new neighborhood now. Gotta get back to it! after being stuck on level 8 for 2 months, I git thru level 9 surprisingly fast and am now on level 10. yoohoooooooooooo!
