I told him that "things were being 'contested'" NO specifics. He said in total shock "You're contesting the divorce? WHY????????" I asked: "were you honest?" And then didn't wait for a reply and just said "Merry CHristmas!" Very cheerfully. ANd hung up. Let him wonder.

And btw I am in Canada. THere is no alienation of affection. THere is however something called "Intentional INterference with Marital Relations" WHich requires a civil suit. <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" /> And that is further down the road. If and WHEN I decide to pursue adultery she WILL be named. My lawyer already has the details. AND DOrk and the Ditchpig4 know it.

I did try to pursue that in October but the DOrk held me up with refusing to give me the financial stu.ff I guess he figured he got one over on me with this stuff.

Unfortunately for him. We could have been divorced. But now I think something or SOMEONE was telling me to hold off. (Besides my lawyer) This makes my options even BETTER!

I can file for divorce any time I feel like it. But I won't until I am ready. I do plan to throw monkey wrenches around for a while.

I am terrible at RB but I am GREAT at psychological warfare. SIgh. Yes it is soooo non- MB. BUt really to have the skankhouse wondering what i am planning is not good for their peace of mind. AND I have decided on a course of action that I can live with. I might not be able to stop the divorce. But I can sure make it HARD. He WILL have to work hard for it. ANd he will be so BROKE. By the time I am finished there will be LITTLE left for DP4.

And that I can sure live with. Dork might not have worked at our M but he will have to work 10,000 times harder to make it NOT work. So all the stuff is in place. And to top it off, DOrk thinks becasue he filed in Victoria, where he is , that I will have to travel there. UM NO! The venue will be changed to my town. Gee, an extra 150 every time he has to appear. Add that to the extra 12K a year and the retroactive 5K and the legal fees. And that is just hte start. Should be interesting.

And to top it off, I am happy with me and with DD13. We have decided that Dork is not worth mentioning for at least 4 days. lol.

We are just going to have FUN! ADn I can rest easy. NOTHING DOrk can do to me can be worse than this. I guess I shouldn't say that. BUt the only thing he can do to top this is try to get custody and that would be a joke.

So all in all the lawyer meeting was VERY educational. and far less painful than I thought. Just realized that NOTHING Dork says can be taken at face vaule. I KNEW most of it was BS But NOW I KNOW IT IS ALL BS!.

And my phone is blocked and emails are delted now BEFORE I get them. DEAD silence.

And a GREAT Christmas on th ehorizon. AHHHHHH.

ANd the aromatherapy is working. But I use lavender to destress. lol

DD13 and I are doing VERY well. I am not the kind that stays down and out for too long. I am doing what I have to do. For me and for DD. He can suck rocks. He chose this path. And he messed with a very annoyed Mama Bear!

Consequences are all on him.

And this got even better. rofl. I might actually be WORKING in his city. For a long term contract. Karma. Gee I think that might be a bit "troublesome". For HIM!. THis opportunity came about because of the type of work I do and has NOTHING to do with where it is. WHen I applied it was generic and had NOTHING to do with WHERE.

Dork could very well have a conniption fit when I arrive. Too bad. I have great friends there. And unfortuntely for him, they think his choices suck.

But, we had a great Christams. And we didn't even speak of this for 5 days! lol.

LM, I read every thread that you resspond on. I LOVE your straight from the hip style. Thank you for your straith up honesty. I might not always agree. DD13 is the most wonderful child. GOod thing this is an MB site. OTehrwise I would regale everyone with how wonderful she is. SHe truly is a gift gift form GOd. And SM, she thanks me now for being her Mom. TNearly every day she sends me a note of thanks or tells me how much I mean to her. And Mom is the proudest title in the world imho.

And your pens? I am sooo jealous, I could spit. One of my favorite pens is a $35.00 cheapy I got at Office Max (Waterman Phileas Foutain Pen). Fine Pen connosiuers would laugh at me and roll their eyes at this pen....I say F---em... <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> I like it all the same.

The very fact that you have a fountain pen that you "treasure" makes me even like you "even" more....this is despite all of the 2X4's and 4X6's I have delivered to you over the past year.

I know when you get married here in Canada, you also have to fill out a paper if you are changing your name legally...then it changes on your Drivers license, with Revenue Canada, with Health care, etc, etc It is your legal name...and even if you divorce - you can KEEP that legal name if you don't want to go through having to refill out papers and change it back to your maiden name.

Your maiden name is just THAT - your maiden name - if you filled out those papers and revenue Canada knows you legally as your married name...

So yes - it should be made out to your LEGAL name.

Your lawyer should enjoy that hehehe.

Wouldn't he be mad if you decided to keep your married name for your DD13's sake (no confusion on last names) hahahaha

realtor I just howled!!!!!! I have a darned good idea why things aren't rosy at the pig sty. Dork #1 EN is Financial Support And my guess is that she failed to mention that she is an undischarged bankrupt. When I found out that she was not discharged, I did some research and found out that they only suspend the final discharge if you have not complied and/or if you have had previous bankruptcy proceedings. I am sure that didn’t sit well.

Oh but I must be wrong. After all they are sooooo honest with each other, right?

Well he actually has TWO lawyers. The first is supposed to be a mediator. BUT his tactic to demand the minimum from his client and then the new one plays the killer litigation lawyer.
