I really need them to get through tomorrow esp. since I have to see STBXWH after not seeing him for more than 2 months.

I think you will mainly feel a sense of relief at finally getting something done. You and your family will be in my prayers.

I know I will once I get some financial help from him. It's a shame that a judge is going to have to make him do it.

You are strong and have persevered through the he!! that WS thrown thrust you into. Not only have you persevered through his worst you came out even stronger.

Any no nonsence judge will see this and see the WS for what he is being.

OK, here is an update from court on Fri. Sorry about the delay I have been very busy this weekend with work. The kids and I played hooky from church today and went to the movies to see Hoodwinked. We have not been to the movies since STBXWH moved out. It was wonderful. The kids really enjoyed themselves.

Now as for court Fri. STBXWH did not show up, his attorney said he was on business for his day job (he was really out of town in NE for a boxing event). I like the judge very much. This is kind of moving a little too fast for me though, as we have to do mediation by the end of next month and we have a court date on May 10. The judge ordered STBXWH to get the mortgage current. STBXWH attorney seemed shock when I had the letter of foreclosure proceedings. He said that STBXWH told him that he was still paying it and it was current. STBXWH also told him that he had been giving me money every month. My attorney told him that he has not given me a dime since the end of August. He attorney seemed PO’ed. I guess STBXWH has been lying to his attorney (go figure).

We have to submit the new Temp Orders b/c they did not have all of the financial info that they needed and some of the info that STBXWH attorney had was way off (he had $400/month for child care when it is in fact $400/week). BIG DIFFERENCE!!!

STBXWH would like the kids every other weekend and one night a week (which would be wonderful) but STBXWH attorney also admitted that STBXWH does not have time to see/spend time with the kids b/c of his business. So much for him claiming in his D petition that I refused to let him see them when the fact is that he doesn’t have the time. I guess his business is more important than the kids (what a crying shame). He has not yet gone to parenting class either.

Later that night, I went out to celebrate with friends and STBXWH leaves a message on my cell (he goes straight to vmail w/o it ringing). He said he was calling to talk to the kids. Explain this to me someone, if he was calling to talk to the kids why would he go straight to my vmail. If he wanted to talk to them he would call them directly right.

Just a little of what happened, did not want to go into a lot of detail and drag it out.

Nope it doesn't. The judge was shaking his head n disbelief when he realized that this was 5 kids lives that he was messing with also.

Well I'm back after a little over a month.

Today STBXWH and I were suppose to have mediation (I know very romantic) but he called at the last minute to reschedule b/c he said he did not have his portion of the fees <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" /> He just got paid Friday and he knew about this a few weeks ago.

Now the pre-trail date the was set for next Tuesday (Feb 21) has been canceled until God knows when.

Mediation has been pushed back to March 24, which pushes the final D date back also.
