awesome oxsgirl! sounds similar to what i am on...
last week and have gotten down to the foods I didn't like at the end of the diet...next shipment should arrive any day so i am eating real food...
right now ds is sick w/flu. i am beginning to feel achy now...taking tamiflu to counteract it hopefully. he's been throwing up for about 15 hrs so far off/on. fever is about 103-104...now down to 102.5 so I am getting it down a tad.
he's shivering on couch watching movie and all bundled up...he looks so not his usual little zippy self. poor wittle guy <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />
and yea surviving in his wake, please please put up your exercise tips.
I COULD REALLY USE THE HELP WITH REGARDS TO THE STRESS MANAGEMENT STUFF...HINT HINT...
I am needing prayers. my job is very very stable, but we're severely understaffed right now...two coworkers were on vacation today, and I had to call in b/c my son is very very sick...despite my signed excuse forms from the pediatrician (who adamately said NOT to go to work as I will probably come down w/it and that my son needs me FIRST with him at home)...i am afraid it will be negative or have some negative effect on me.
i know it's probably an unfounded fear, but I am worried too.
prayers friends?
