123 - absolutely no offence. I welcome all points of view.
Aphelion/Ahuman - thanks for your replies. I have seen so many stories here of false recoveries. Don't even want to go there. TT

It sounds like he is not willing to make any concessions and just wants you to take him back as is. NOT!
Would he read SAA and HNHN? Or listen to the tapes/CD's?

Trix - He might. He left a National Geographic lying around with an article about the 'chemistry of love'. Trying to work it out himself I suppose.
I do believe people can recover from A's. I also have two very good friends who have had A's without the knowledge of their husbands (one was long term the other a ONS). They have only discussed this with me since I found myself in this position. I think I can get over the A. It's the behaviour since Dday that has troubled me more, especially with regard to the children. He never even took one photo from our house. It was like he didn't want to acknowledge his real life. Is that normal?
I think I have a deep connection with him as we go back so far and have three wonderful daughters. I just don't know if he can make me like him enough to give this a shot. I'll be amazed if he can pull this off.

Hi Tummy
{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{TT}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}
"He never even took one photo from our house. It was like he didn't want to acknowledge his real life."-- only because he felt so guilty looking at the family he left and the pain he caused?
