Did you ever buy the book Mom's House/Dad's House? If not, get it immediately.
Find yourself a local divorce support group. These people are in different stages and likely know the system and can answer some basic questions for your area. And you need someone to bounce things off of currently.
It was a marriage that never really started.

If you want general facts, to be informed (and not be caught off guard), check out Divorce Source , Divorce Info , or Divorce Net If you want support, [color:"red"]Newly [/color] is right. Get it here on MB or in a local group (either a recognized Divorce Care type of group, a few friends who are really grounded and whose lives are good examples of where you want to be, or as in my case, a church that can really "be there" for you).
